Properties Needed
Due to recent successful lettings we require more properties. Properties of all types are required. We still operate on a "No Let - No Fee" basis. Therefore in the unlikely event that we are unable to let your property you will not be charged anything New Competitive Commission Charges For New Landlords Landlords, to keep up to date with the changing market place we have changed the structure of our charges.
Tenants are increasingly demanding shorter or less structured contracts. Where required we will still operate on a six or twelve month contract, however where flexibility is required we now have a structure to accommodate this.
