Information for Tenants

As you can see from our list of available properties we have both furnished and unfurnished properties ranging from house shares to large executive properties. The vast majority are available now.

Contact the office and a member of our team will be happy to provide a full description of the property and endeavor to match your requirements to our listings.

Please note our tenancy agreements normally run for a minimum of six months. However if you require a shorter or longer-term tenancy please ask. Please note; for a shorter-term tenancy we charge a slightly higher administration figure than that listed below. Please ask for further details.

Requirements

To move into a property we have a few basic requirements that we ask to have before you move in:

  • One months rent in advance
  • A security deposit equal to one months rent plus £100
  • A fee in respect to referencing, inventories and legal fee’s

The administration fee is due and payable on receipt of your application form. In respect of house shares this fee is £95 + VAT. The fee for a flat/ apartment is £200 + VAT and the fee for a house is £225 + VAT. The administration fee is not refundable if your application is declined or you withdraw.

A fee of £50 + VAT is payable on any extension of your lease thereafter entered into.

References

We will require all applicants to complete an application form. Prior to entering the property we require all tenants to provide;

  • Proof of employment
  • 2 forms of identification, i.e. Passport, driving licence. (Without exception)

A valid insurance policy is also required to protect your personal effects; we can provide details of policies to assist you in this matter.

Rents

All rents are payable by way of standing order. With the exception of house shares and unless otherwise indicated, all rents are exclusive of council tax, water rates, gas, electric and telephone accounts. For further clarification on any of the aforementioned points, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team who will be happy to help.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept DSS applications.

Click below to download the tenant application form. It is essential that all of the form is completed (with exception of section 1) and returned to the office immediately to secure your application. Please note that a £200 security deposit is required upon application. This is refunded upon successful referencing and entry into occupation.
